Description:

The highest authority of the GCC VA. Consist of two positions: CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and COO (Chief Operating Officer). Members of HQ Staff.

 

Responsibilities:

Oversees the overall operation of GCC Virtual
Maintains the GCC Virtual website
Implements changes to iCrew
Appoints and dismisses Staff members
Conducts Staff meetings
Delegates tasks within the Staff
