General info:
Each member of the Staff team has their own rights and responsibilities, which are assigned to their work.
Onboarding process:
Staff members are selected based on an application and an interview with the Executive Board and a member of the Senior Staff (Senior Staff according to the department of the applicant). If all conditions have been met, the applicant is informed of his/her acceptance into the Staff team.
