Leave of Absence (LoA)

General:

If you do not fly actively (max 1 PIREP every 60 days) your account will be marked as Inactive. If you don't think it will fly longer, we have the option to use LoA (Leave of Absence). It is the principle of such a virtual "vacation". After sending your request, your account will be marked with the status: "On Leave" for the time you choose.

LoA submission:

In the Flight Operations tab, find LoALoA Request.

After reading our application rules, you must complete the form below.

 

Application filed on = The date when the request was sent

On Leave till = Return date. You can return at any time.

Reason for Leave = The reason for your absence.
